My Thoughts
Let Love Find You is the fourth in the Reid Family series and even though I have enjoyed all of Lindsey's books, except lately....I don't know what it is....I feel at times it isn't even her. I have read her previous books plenty of times...but this one just didn't reach out to me really at all. I had a hard time really getting into the book. The story line was great, I really loved the layout of the plot and I liked the characters but it just didn't ring out to me as a fantastic romance as I know Johanna Lindsey can produce. It may just be me since I haven't been reading a lot lately, however even though this book had some admirable qualities it was also lacking something vital: Depth....it seemed like everything was on the surface, and there wasn't any substance that grabs hold of the readers attention. I am sorry to give it such a low rating....but it just didn't fit into my standards for a good and solid romance....:(

Short Book Review
I think I just fell in love with this latest release in this series. Definitely a bit different story line than the others, but with the same level of passion, adventure, danger and tender love scenes that will just break your heart, and bring a tear to your eye. The emotional aspect of the story was very strong and laid out in a way that could be felt strongly by the reader. The characters were charming and I couldn't help but fall in love. There were part that were humorous and I just burst out laughing throughout the book, and I think its at the top of my list of favorites by Sands. I really enjoyed the whole aspect of a kidnapping scenario, one that proved to be delighfully entertaining, and I enjoyed seeing the dilemma that was faced, the conflict that showed the meaning of true love and the strength it gives to those who trust in it, .....an marvelous romance!!!

Book Review
Summary
Aline once fell in love with John McKenna, who she grew up with as a child, but when she became a woman everything changed, and after she had to force him to leave, her life changed forever....and now he is back in her life, and she knows that the least thing he is thinking of is the love they once shared, but revenge that is directed toward her. However as much as she wants to she knows she can't risk telling him the truth no matter how much it makes her ache inside. John, knew that there was no future for them but now he is forever changed from that young innocent stable boy who believed in love and hope for the future. He has created his own future, but Aline has always haunted his thoughts and has come back to get his revenge, only things don't add up and his passion for Aline resurfaces only stronger than ever.....

The Hero (John Mckenna)
John, grew up as a stable boy, and his future was looking pretty bleak, at least apart from having Aline part of his life. But when she betrayed him and he was sent away, he knew he would never forgive or forget. Now he has made a very prosperous life for himself, and his need for justice against Aline is even greater, even though he doesn't know how far he is willing to go....until he tastes her kiss and he knows that the spark between them had never died. And even though he wants to take his vengeance out on her, he knows that he has always loved her and doesn't know if he can bring himself to hurt her....

The Hero (Aline Marsden)
Aline, grew up knowing that there was no future for her or John, especially given whom her father is, and her position in society, however she always had hope in her love for him, but when she was caught and had to force him to leave so that he could make a life for himself, she knew she would never forgive herself and has regretted her decision ever since. But is shocked when he comes back into her life, and the love she once had for him reawakens ever stronger.

My Thoughts
Again The Magic, is the fourth in the Bow Street Runners, I think I may have read this one once before, but I don't remember it but there were parts that seemed familiar. I just fell in love with this book, it was everything I could have hoped for. Aline, is darling, even though I think she could have used more spine to fight for what she really wanted. For some reason John seemed so amusing to me, I really have no idea why, just that his character appealed to me in a certain way that made me smile. I just loved how the story progressed, the bed scenes were very heated but at the same time romantically sweet. I find the more I read this author the more I wish more authors were like her, I just love her stories and how they connect even though the series are different from each other. I also loved how their was a side love story to Aline's and Westcliffs younger sister....I found Again the Magic a very charming love story that just sang to the heart.....even though it had some flaws overall an sweet love story......

Feature Follow (15)

The Feature And Follow (Follow Friday) is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee and its tons of fun to do this meme and find tons of new friends and great blogs!!! So come and join in this fun meme every friday!!!!

Q: Jumping Genres: Ever pick up a book from a genre you usually don’t like and LOVE it? Tell us about it and why you picked it up in the first place.

Erotica, most times I like more romance in a book, I am all about the relationship that builds, not having it based on sex. However I have to say the Fifty Shades books really surprised me, and I only picked it up because I figured it can't be too bad with its popularity, and I am glad I did.

Devin Aincourt, Earl of Ravenscar, makes no apologies for who he is - a drinker, a womanizer, a gambler. Having been cast aside by his disapproving father years before, Dev is content to live out his cursed life in this hedonistic manner. Until his mother asks him to make a bold move to restore the family name and fortune: marry a rich American heiress. Believing it will be a marriage in name only, Dev agrees to marry Miranda. But he never imagined that this feisty, unconventional foreigner would have plans of her own: to restore Blackwater, the old abbey, to its former glory, to extricate Dev from the clutches of a devious mistress and to win his heart for her own. All while risking her own life to an unknown enemy.

For Dev and Miranda, love may be the most lasting curse of all.
