2. Book You Were Excited About & Thought You Were Going To Love More But Didn’t?

 The blurb made this seem like a book I would love, but it ended up being a DNF. Very disappointing.

3. Most surprising (in a good way!) book of 2013? 

This story really shocked me in how much I enjoyed it. It definitely was full of surprises. Jordan does a unique take on fairy tales in this latest series.

4. Book you read in 2013 that you recommended to people most in 2013?

 

This is probably my favorite book by this author, and as I was looking through the past year, this book I recommended to the most people.

5. Best series you discovered in 2013?

The Tairen Soul Series by C.L. Wilson-a Fantasy bases series with plenty of romance.
Return of the Highlander series by Margaret Mallory-Scottish Highland series that I fell in love with.

 6. Favorite new authors you discovered in 2013?

7. Best book that was out of your comfort zone or was a new genre for you?

 For the first time this year, I read a steampunk based romance, Skies of Gold

There were quite a few instances in this book, that I wanted to just talk with someone about, who happened to have already read it or was reading it at the same time.

The Shifter Unbound community relationship among the different clans. 

19. Favorite Book You Read in 2013 From An Author You’ve Read Previously

I really loved this one, and I have read this author before this last year. This story mixes paranormal, contemporary and highland culture. Lovely read.
