Synopsis
 THE WEREWOLF’S SERVANT
Thorncliff Towers is done up for Christmas, secure against wind and wolves. But Karina Petri is shut out, too, and the gypsy witch wants what’s inside. She envies the gifts, the feast, the pretty clothes, of course. But her true desire is for the love of Constantin Stoica. Her smolderingly handsome childhood friend agreed to serve Lord Draven after his brother was caught stealing last year. He suspects Karina was involved—and it would take more magic than she possesses to make him forgive…
Constantin has always been drawn to Karina’s dark curls, flashing eyes, and reckless ways. But trusting her has proven dangerous before, and this night holds more to fear than most. The wrong decisions could cost him his job, his safety—even his life. But letting Karina go could cost him his heart…

My Review
I received a ARC copy in exchange for a honest review, thanks to Netgalley and Kensington Books.

I have come to really like this series so far, and it has been a unqiue take on fairy tales. I have admireed this author, and seeing the way she weaves a story togther, in a way that enchants you. I first fell in love with Marina Myles when her first book came out. Even though I enjoyed this very short book--took me about 20 minutes to read, so it just breezed by, and if you are looiking for a short interlude, that has a quick romance with some twists of magic and other intriguing elements, with a Christmas theme. As far as the theme of the love story, goes, I liked the way it formed and was set up. I enjoyed the minor conflict but I will say I felt something missing from the story. It may be due to the fact that it was so short, I have seen this with novella's at times in the past, it is hard to get a good foundation for a story with only 60 pages. But I enjoyed the twist of "Hansel and Gretal" fairy tale on this one, and it had some fascinating portions of the story that really intrigued me.So overall a charming love story.
